Susan H. Roberts

Cecilia A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, Sept. 11, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Susan Huval Roberts, 92, who died on Sept. 7, 2021.

She is survived by her sons, Glen J., Chris J. and  Keith J. Roberts; daughters, Mrs. Neil (Mona) Guidry and Mrs. Jay (Sonya) Royston; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; and her sister, Louella Huval.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph J. Roberts.

Pellerin Funeral Home  is in charge of arrangements.

Louise Pierre Lewis

St. Martinville A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Louise Pierre Lewis, 94, who passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021, peacefully at her home.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and continue on Saturday from 7 a.m. until time of service. 

A rosary will be prayed at 8 p.m. on Friday.

Rev. Abelardo Gabriel, SVD, and Fr. Douglas Hypolite will officiate at the Funeral Mass.

Bernie J. Laviolette

St. Martinville – Bernie J. Laviolette passed away peacefully on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021.  Bernie was born on January 5,1939, in St. Martinville. He leaves behind one son, Troy J. Laviolette and wife Kelly of Catahoula; two grandchildren, Maddi Richard (Brookes) and Justin J Laviolette; two great-grandsons, Wesley and Whitley Richard; one sister, Pearly Judice (Robert) of Loreauville; and several nieces and nephews.

St. Martinville A Memorial Service will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Emick J. Price Sr., 62, who passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.

A rosary will be prayed at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Fr. Paul Onuegbe will officiate at the Memorial Service.

Quinn Joseph Hebert Sr.

Quinn Joseph Hebert Sr., loving father, prominent Houston businessman, community leader and philanthropist, was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, on the 17th of November 1963, and died suddenly at his home in Houston on Monday, the 6th of September. He was 57 years of age.
