St. Martinville – A Memorial Service was celebrated at 3 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2020, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Allen Ray Olivier, 82, who passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2020, at his residence.
Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until time of service on Thursday.
Deacon Shawn Gautreaux officiated at the Memorial Service.
St. Martinville – A memorial service conducted by Brother Jessie Charpentier, pastor of Jenkins Memorial Baptist Church, was held on Saturday, September 5, 2020, for Clyde Francis Akers Jr., 87, who passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020.
Breaux Bridge – A Memorial service is pending for Donald “Danny” Castille, 55, who passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020.

Cecilia – A Graveside Service was held on Friday, Sept. 4, at St. Joseph Cemetery for Zilda Angelle Duplechein, 102, who passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2020.
She is survived by her daughters, Sue Buchanan, Mrs. Floyd (Jane)Scrantz Sr. and Gloria Bezet; sons, Errol and Earl Duplechein; brother, Lawrence Angelle; 20 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Laurette Duplechein.

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Delania Kay Usie, 56, who passed away on Friday, Sept. 4, 2020.
She is survived by her husband, Glenn P. Usie; two sons, Brandon and Brett Barrilleaux; two grandchildren; two step-sons; two step-granddaughters; and father, George Theriot.
