Arnaudville – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church for Carroll James Demouchet, 61, who passed away on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2020.
Survivors include his mother, Josephine Demouchet; wife, Machelle Demouchet; four daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (La’Toya) Demouchet-Palmer, Mrs. Jarvis (Dominque) Scott, Mrs. Christopher (Keidra) Williams and Breanna Demouchet; sister, MRS. Joseph (Joanna) Provost; brother, Leroy Demouchet; and seven grandchildren.

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Friday, Sept. 11, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Beatrice Robertson Derouen, 84, who passed away on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2020.
She is survived by her daughters, Shellia DeRouen and Mrs. Keith (Cindy) VanderHart; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; and two sisters, Rita and Mary Begnaud.

Melvin J. Hebert

Arnaudville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, Sept. 14, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church for Melvin J. Hebert, 69, who passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Annette T. Hebert; three sons, Kevin, Benji and Brandon Hebert; five grandchildren; sisters, Annie Meche and Jane Bernard; and brother, Herbert Hebert.

Leonville – Mary Lou Gradnigo Lewis, 78, passed away on Sept. 4, 2020.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, Sept. 12 at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church.
She is survived by her children, Herman, David and Agnes Lewis, and Mary J. Fontenot; four brothers Robert Sr., David Jr., George and Gerald Gradnigo; and sister, Mrs. Dennis (Edolia) DeClouette.
She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph M. Lewis.

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Earl “Pete” Joseph Melancon, 92, who passed away on Friday, Sept. 11, 2020.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Thelma Trahan Melancon; six sons, Michael, Chris, Francis, Mark, Troy and Todd Melancon; daughter, Mrs. Danny (Sally) Comb; sister, Mary A. Melancon; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
