Cecilia - A Funeral Service was held on April 12, 2024, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia for John Norris Broussard, age 77.
He is survived by his daughter, Denise Bennett; son, Timothy Broussard; brother, Clabert “Lee” Broussard; sisters, Betty Alleman, Norma Faye Patin and Cheryl Ried; five grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Mark Trimble, Laurie Warf, Walter “Wally” Bonin, Jr., and Jaime Landry; sister, Shirley LeBlanc; brother, David Trimble; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 1 p.m., on Monday, April 15, 2024, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Jerry Claude Sonnier, 86, who passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center.
A visitation took place at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge on Sunday from 1:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and continued on Monday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
A Rosary was recited at 6 p.m. on Sunday, by Marlene Dore.

Visitation took place at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. and continued Monday from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
A rosary was recited at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.
