Nolan J. Douet

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service was held on Friday, May 29, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Nolan Joseph Douet, 79, who passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.
Nolan served in the Army National Guard during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife, Vienna Delahoussaye Douet; son, Keith Douet; daughters, Melissa Douet and Adria Guidry; brother, Alexander Douet Jr.; and three grandchildrent.

Rodney J. Landry

Breaux Bridge – A private memorial will be held at a later date for Rodney Joseph Landry, 82, who passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020.
He is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Jeff (Lorna) Castille and Mrs. Keith (Maria) Douet); sons, Kevin, Brian, Cory and Jace Landry; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Victor Mallery

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Victor Mallery, 90, who passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020.
Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Lucy Skipper Mallery; daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Elleanor) Batiste and Mrs. Wayne (Sarah) Allen; brothers, Larry and Morris Mallery; sisters, Mrs. Eric (Edmonia) Batiste and Mary Etienne; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Celestine B. Prejean

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service was held on Friday, May 29, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Celestine “Tin” Bergeron Prejean, 98, who passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
Interment followed at Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette.
She is survived by her sons, Leroy and Norris Prejean; daughter, Mrs. Ronald (Hazel) Bergeron; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clopha Prejean.

Henry L. Harris

Cecilia – A Graveside Service was held on Tuesday, June 2, at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery for Henry Lee Harris, 75, who passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020.
Henry served his country in the U.S.s Army for eight years and in the U.S. Navy for four years.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine Roy Harris; son, Henry Harris Jr.; daughter, Detra L. Harris; sisters, Marie Hearld, Lutichia Prince and Vicky Davis; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
