Yvonne Duchamp Bulliard

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 11, 2022, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Yvonne Duchamp Bulliard, 80, who passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at her residence.

Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home in St. Martinville from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Friday.

A rosary was prayed at 10:30 a.m. on Friday.

Rev. John Joseph officiated at the Mass of Christian Burial. 

Yvonne was a devout Catholic and parishioner of St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church. She was a retired Office Manager at Peppers Unlimited of LA. 

In her younger years, she enjoyed playing golf and tennis. Yvonne was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother, who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, George E. Bulliard Sr.; son, Johnny Bulliard (Cheri); daughters, Leslie Willis (Randy) and Michelle Bernos (Joseph); grandchildren, Ryan T. Bulliard (Lyndi), Hannah Bernos, Nicholas Bernos, Christian E. Willis, Cody Willis, Hunter Bulliard, Hank Matthews and Jesse Matthews; great-grandchild, Nixon Bulliard; brother, David Duchamp (Annette); and sisters, Jane Thibodeaux (Lonnie) and Alma Criddle (Mike).

She was preceded in death by her son, George E. Bulliard Jr.; father, Clarence J. Duchamp; mother, Marie Fournet Duchamp; and stepmother, Eunice M. Duchamp. 

Urn bearer was Ryan Bulliard.

Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements.
