Breaux Bridge – A Memorial Service will be held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Devin James Artigue, 30, who passed away on Friday, May 29, 2020.
A gathering of family and friends be observed at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge from 10:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020.
Pastor Jacob Aranza will officiate at the Memorial Service.
Devin was born on April 23, 1990. He was a graduate of Cecilia High School – Class of 2008. While in high school he enjoyed playing baseball and football. Devin was an avid sports fan and an outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing as a pastime.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his niece and nephews. Devin was known to be a practical joker and loved playing pranks on his family and friends. He will be best remembered for his caring and loving heart, his infectious smile and laugh, and his most unique way of giving hugs.
Devin will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving parents, Gervis and Andrea Angelle Artigue; sister, Blair Bourg and husband Nicholas; nephews, Nixon and Aidan Bourg; niece and Godchild, Kinlee Duhon; girlfriend, Stephanie Hammer; maternal grandfather, Earl Angelle; maternal grandparents, Trudy and Gerald Thibodeaux; and his aunts and uncles, David and Lori Artigue, Laura Artigue, Myra and Kenneth Knott, Todd Angelle, Jonathan and Nicky Kupke, Dustin Angelle and Samantha Angelle.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Marius and Janice Artigue; and his uncle, Dale Artigue.
