Amy Elizabeth Ardoin Windsor

Henderson – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2020, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church for Amy Elizabeth Ardoin Windsor, 61, who passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2020, at her residence.
Visiting hours were observed at Dion Hall in Catahoula from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
A rosary was prayed at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Deacon Perry Guidry officiated at the Funeral Mass. Readers were Sarah Windsor Landry and Nikita Catoire. Gift Bearers were Jada Latiolais, Shyla Latiolais, Camille Landry and Caroline Landry.
Mrs. Windsor was a business teacher at Cecilia High School where she also served as the sponsor for FBLA. She loved spending time with her family and friends, going on family vacations with her grandchildren, traveling, dancing, and fishing with her favorite captain, Brian. She was known for her famous picture taking, cooking recipes from her mom, and trips to the casino. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her spouse, Ricky J. Latiolais of Catahoula; daughter, Sarah Windsor (Bradley) Landry of Collierville, Tenn.; son, Brian H. (Megan) Windsor of Lake Charles; two step sons, Ramie Latiolais of Montgomery, Texas, and Mitchell Latiolais of Catahoula; step daughter, Cherish Latiolais of Spring, Texas; two brothers, James (Ashley) Ardoin of Tate Cove and Patrick Ardoin of Ville Platte; eight grandchildren, Camille Landry, Caroline Landry, Thomas Landry, Keagan (fianceé Samantha) Bienvenue, Jada Latiolais, Shyla Latiolais, Quinn Latiolais and Braelyn Theriot; and her father, Derell Ardoin of Ville Platte.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Beverly Ardoin; brother, Ted Ardoin; and father of her children, Brian Windsor.
Pallbearers were Bradley Landry, Ted Ardoin, Ramie Latiolais, Josh Ardoin, Jacob Ardoin and Tyler Ardoin.
Honorary pallbearers were Mitchell Latiolais, Ethan Ardoin and Thomas Landry.
Pellerin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
