Mr. Adley was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2398, Exxon Annuitant Club, St. Bernard Catholic Church, where he served on the Parish Council for 10 years and served as an usher. He was a faithful servant of the Perpetual Adoration Chapel and also a member of the Altar Society.
Adley enjoyed playing cards, frogging, entertaining family and friends, socializing and telling stories.

Like Ole Man River, Mr. Adley was a constant source of quiet strength and wisdom, whose course was steadfast and flowed humbly and appreciatively through life. The legacy he leaves behind is as rich and generous as the river banks he traveled. The lessons and values he learned from his parents and siblings he proudly passed on to his own family and will live on in his future generations.
