St. Martinville - A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2023, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Ward Breaux, 76, who passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at his residence.

A visitation took place at the funeral home in St. Martinville on Sunday from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. It continued on Monday from 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.

A Rosary was recited at 6 p.m. on Sunday evening.

Monsignor Keith DeRouen and Father Buddy Breaux officiated at the Funeral Mass. Readers were Briyanna Breaux, Cole Breaux and Kinley Breaux.

Breaux Bridge – Beverly Rhea Trahan Theriot 89 of Breaux Bridge died October 17, 2023 at St. Agnes Nursing Home in Breaux Bridge.  

She was preceeded in death by her husband, Lionel G. Theriot, Sr; her sister Barbara  Adema; infant son, Gerard Theriot and grandson Rhen Theriot.

Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Dec. 9, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Theodore Teddy Landry, 41, who died Dec. 3, 2023.

He is survived by his mother, Theresa Landry; father, Clarence Mouton; brother, Terrence Senegal; sisters, Mortine Senegal and Irene Senegal.
